Osborne Construction, Inc. traces its origins to a communications and media strategy firm that began in 1999 and produced award-winning local and national nonprofit and corporate public affairs campaigns. Some of those initiatives that made a difference include “Wednesday’s Child,” which matched foster children and adopting parents; “Drug Free School Zones,” which reduced drugs around our public schools; and “Beautiful Babies: Right From The Start,” which cut significantly the infant mortality rate of the District and its suburbs.
In 2004, Osborne Communications, Inc. began a relationship with C & F Construction, later re-named Anchor Construction Corp., soon owner and President Henry Osborne joined Anchor’s board of directors and several executive committees. As a result of these business experiences, Osborne restructured his communications firm into Osborne Construction, Inc.
Osborne Construction is a SBA 8(a) certified minority contractor serving the District of Columbia and the Maryland and Virginia suburbs. Our employees have decades of experience in utilities work, including installing and repairing:
